[Polarix]

Well, I'm going to have to go with Gambit, Iceman, and Batman. Gambit because he uses a poker mentality to defeat his enemies in battle and he is really fun to play as in Marvel Vs Capcom. Iceman is in my opinion the coolest of all the X-Men because he is strong but also a pretty laid back character that doesn't take things too seriously like the other X-Men. Lastly, Batman is awesome becuase he doesn't rely on superpowers to beat his opponents and he stars in one the best superhero game off all time, which is Arkham Asylum of course.

Also Deadpool is best mercenary off all time because he is super skilled swordfighting can stil crack funny jokes during the battle. He also probably has his own army of ninja squirrles so that automatically makes him awesome.

The Sandman/Morpheus. Neil Gaiman makes some great characters, but Morpheus takes the cake. I would've said Death, but she was more of a secondary character...and it just sounds creepy.
