I went to a midnight launch with a few friends. Unfortunately, I forgot that I had pre-ordered it at a different store so I couldn't get it that night. It was still fun though.

Have the PC version pre-ordered (with the Caravan Pack), and it will be shipped to my house.

Got it fairly cheap too. Roughly ?40. That's ?9.99 cheaper than Steam, by the way.

I wanted to go, but it would have been a waste of gas since I was going into town the next day... saving that gas money will hopefully help pay for DJ Hero 2 though!

I picked up my collector's ed last night! I got about half-way through the graphic novel but I'm not too far into the game yet. I'm not doing Hardcore for a while either. Currently level 6, I think I'm good but could be neutral still.

I'm looking forward to a wasteland time sink where I can RPG and shoot things at the same time but I don't have the money to pick it up till later this week earliest.

I would have probably gone if monetary factors had permitted it though.

Sounds fun.

Kinda wished I needed to risk radiated water and whatnot for RP value all through 3.
The ammo weight will undoubtedly frustrate me but the price we pay to do things the cool way.

I am surprised about how many (percentage) have said they don't care about it, as there are a lot of Fallout fans on this site.

Everyone else was at the midnight launch.

By "later" I really do mean hypothetically, in the future when I have what is currently a current-generation console and have found myself uninterested in Fallout 3 just enough to want a new installment with the same thing but more and better.
