It's fairly easy here in Oz: it's fucking cold in Winter and bloody hot in summer. Spring an Autumn can be fairly mild but it's mostly just the seasons taking a slight pause before they freeze your toes off or give you heatstroke.

We have the same names yes, apart from Autumn. Fall just sounds silly. Its better to have Christmas in Summer though. Great weather for enjoying an ice-cold drink with family.

As much as I'm not fond of the word, I like that USAliens use "Fall" instead of "Autumn", because then there's no question of which hemisphere's season they mean...people rarely specify, which is annoying.

Oh...actually, lots of places don't have Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter seasons, you get less "traditional" patterns in some areas.

Summer is still when it's hot. Winter for cold. So right now America is having summer. Australia is in winter.

Wouldn't it have been easier to Google it?

Believe it or not, but The Escapist ususally provide less retarded answers than most of The Internet...
