Ask them if their name happens to be the same as a lot of random protagonists of the top of my head (Like, say, Sam Fisher, Alec Mason, Alex Mercer), and at the first one they answer yes, or simply shrug to (Which may, in fact, be the first one...), run like hell, in a random pattern, alternating screaming, and laughing like a madman. Hey, who said you had to act like someone ELSE's NPCs, eh? Unless you count general insane people. Then that doesn't. Count as being different.
Also, if the name of the game is the Elder Scrolls, and the protagonist runs by, being chased by a quarter the entire Imperial Legion, for picking up an apple to check for blemishes, tackle them, then run like hell, as blood is spilled.
