quick dead rising question

Ok so I have now see/played all the current dead rising games and I have one question from dead rising two that is bugging me and was wondering if someone could help...

Ok so the main charactor in DR2 was framed thats obvious but why TK said a vengful man angry about his dead wife was a good scape goat but that doesn't add up to me I mean anyone who survived the first outbreaks was probably mad and lost family/friends so why him. TK also made it clear that he was told to frame greene by the company that makes zombrax(forgot it's name)so why?

The only reason I could think was maybe he is famous and thus would be noticed but the public better but that still doesn't seem like a good reason and he came from vagus I am asuming you can find someone more famous from there outside a motorcross star.

The reason this bugs me is that up till after DR2 ends and case west or whatever it was called started greene was never even after the company so why are they targeting him I may have missed something I was interupted in my playthrough and missed some things but I just can't find why?

Most famous guy with ties to a zombie support group. They blamed it less on him and more on the protest group. They made it seem like he was working from them. He went to a few meetings after his wife died.

Motives, really. A wife dead to the hordes, and a daughter infected: sure there were others who lost people in las Vegas, but he was the most famous one. These kinda grudges make better motives when they come pre publicised. "chuck Greene, las vegas survivor, finally snaps" it fits so well.
