Quit WoW, Looking for new mmo/rpg fix

unfortunately you will probably be out of luck until Cataclysm, The Old Republic, Guild Wars 2, or Final Fantasy XIV - All of which will start to trickle out next year. Though I wouldn't be surprised to see Cataclysm land between Nov '10 - Jan '11.

Cataclysm will be out well before november, I'd look for a september release

Wasn't WoTLK beta 5 months-ish? (So July-->Nov.)

Though, I suppose there isn't a new class to balance this time around, and so that could cut it down by a month or two.

wait for The Old Republic online. To be honest... I have found nothing out there worth my money (I'm a WoW player myself). There's possibly Lord of the Rings online if you want to play a re-skinned version of WoW's PvE, with a Lord of the Rings license. The monthly fee is also 5 bucks cheaper.

Apart from that... go play Dragon Age, it's singleplayer but it's awesome.
