Well, I delete my inbox regularly, but taking the number in the Trash (which is probably accurate to about 100 messages) we get 2369 msgs / 23 months = 103.

...also dividing by post-count we get 2369 msgs / 3931 posts = 0.602.

Fairly respectable if I do say so myself.
