Well there's a whole lot of anti-elf stuff, often with a side of anti-magic stuff especially when talking to most Nords in the game. That's all fine and dandy for universe and plot reasons, but the odd thing I noticed was that in one major conversation I had a guy telling me how craptastically awful and evil the elves are... and my character is an elf. The guy didn't even bat an eye, or say "present company excepted" or the like, and yet he was something of an ally. Made it all the weirder. Like walking up to, oh, let's say someone in a Sailor Moon costume at the anime meet you always go to, and you know this person at least on an acquaintance level, and saying "Sailor moon sucks arse and should be removed from the history of mankind. Did you hear Greg brought cookies? You should snag some, they're sweet!"

In one other anti-elf conversation, a guy did actually say something to the effect of "errr no offense." So it looks like Bethesda kept track of some racism/reaction options but not every single instance where it could crop up. Which is odd, considering how bad that one guy's speech seemed and my character would surely just be standing there going: o___o

But they never kill her. If they wanted to kill her they might as well left it to the dark brotherhood.
That doesn't make her guilty.
Doesn't damn the government spec ops team arresting her and bringing her back for trial.

Keywords TRIAL. A tribunal, judging, juries, court rooms. Not straight to the executioners block.
I didn't say it did. You're so convinced that she's guilty that you're ignoring the fact that there's no evidence either way. She very well could be innocent, and they're just lying to get their hands on her to sell her to slave traders. On the other hand she could be guilty and they could be the rightful group to take custody of her.

The facts are this. There is a woman who claims she's innocent. There is a group of mercenaries that are breaking laws to get to her because they claim she's guilty. Whether she's guilty or innocent is impossible to determine, despite your constant touting of the side you chose. Frankly, with no evidence to go on, my sympathies will lie with accused, not the accusers. Unless there's some vital bit of evidence proving her guilt that I over looked, I see no reason why I should hand her over and just trust that she will be given a fair crop.

That's the hole point. The Nords are the dominant race in Skyrim. I still chose to play as an almighty Imperial though.

When I entered Whiterun I saw a group of Redguards being herassed by Whiterun guards. The guards where going on about how the Redguards only wanted to come in to rape children and abduct woman to sell into slavery. When I went up to one of the Redguards, he said that they where just looking for a friend and if I could help.

"Best part" was when you get to Windhelm-where Ulfric Stormcloak rules-you get to listen to the Argonians tell you how they're only paid 1/10th the pay of "a proper Nord worker," because apparently they're only worth 1/10th the work of a proper Nord.

And then you ge to see some drunken Nords harrassing and threatening a Dunmer woman in the middle of the street.
I really wanted a quest to beat the tar out of those guys and help the dunmer woman escape her bad life. I always avoid her cause it makes me sad when she starts talking about how i'm the only nice one - nord mage by the way.

I don't believe there's any talk of rape in the game; correct me if I'm wrong.
You are, but it's not as blatant as what has been thrown around before. Thieves Guild spoiler coming up:

Sapphire, one of the thieves from the thieves guild, has a discussion with the player after he/she becomes guild master in which she explains that the reason she is so bitter is because her family was killed by raiders who proceeded to "use" her. She doesn't out and out say she was "raped" but the obvious intent of the words is there, there's really no mistaking what she means.
you don't have to be guild master, I found that out and didn't even complete the honeycomb quest.

Constant touting? All i am saying is that they did not kill her at the end of the quest and would she have done the same? She claims she spoke out against her government they claim they are there to arrest her for treason(as in selling out her own people to the thalmor not speaking out). The evidence we have is one persons word on another; a person that supposedly spoke out against her royal family and is now being hunted for it. On the other we have soldiers(special ops "best of the best" type fellows hunting down a woman they claim is a prisoner hiding under an assumed name.

She claims they are simple assassins there to kill her(and asks you to kill them) while they all hold to the story that they are soldiers there to arrest her and bring her back for trial. Even the guy they are leaving behind sticks to it. If he were some low level mercenary slaver would her hold to his country? I mean when your buddies leave you behind i think you could drop the act.

And again i am not "touting" over my chosen side. I am saying they did not kill her, they did not come with intent to kill her, and they are neither judge nor executioner. They are simply the delivery boys,
I loved that quest purely for the moral ambiguity surrounding it. It was one word against another and I must admit, I got the feeling that the woman was in the wrong. The leader of that Redguard platoon seemed to be a reasonable fellow who was very forth coming with his information while the woman was vague and pulled a knife on me, ready to carve me a new one. Also things just didn't seem to add up. If they wanted her dead, hire the dark brotherhood, It would have made everything go along much more smoothly and covered their tracks.

It sounds like you just started Skyrim because you didn't mention there was an entire faction of racists called the storm cloaks, don't join them btw.

*facepalm* The entire faction is not racist. How can you tell they are racist? By just some drunk nords? Oh yeah lets stereotype the whole group. Can I say the Empire is just a bunch of pricks for letting people get carry off by the Thalmor to be killed? Oh yeah they sound SO much better then the stormcloaks.

Here the thing people. If the stormcloaks were all racist and the bad guys, why the hell do they let non-nords into their city? Like the elves? Why not kill them and save room for more nords to come into? Cause not all of them are bad and they are NOT going to kick out all non-nords out of skyrim.

If Stormcloaks wanted to do that, then why not start now? If they TRUELY believe the elves are spies and good for nothings why even let them be there? It makes no sense!

I like the racism in TES games. It seems so....fitting. There aren't any races that you can wholly like, or dislike. So choosing a side takes a little more consideration than in other games.

Arcanum... Orcs are slaves, half-orcs are spit on and harassed and sold into slavery if they look more orcish then human, and half ogres are bread by nolmes to be body guards. The elves think everyone is inferior, and the dwarves hate the elves for being elves and the humans for steeling their technology. Hobbits are thought of as quaint and a bit dull, the technocrats hate the mages and the mages hate the technocrats... it makes a story better, more believable. Nothing feels more artificial and fake then a world in which everyone loves everyone else.

Sort of thought racism was a really obvious theme of Elder Scrolls especially this edition. Tribespeople working in mines for Nord opressors...Hmmm
