It is just on the internet that you meet most of the angriest ones.

Usually it is the case that Americans are nice people, it is just that online whether gaming or not it seems the rules of manners go out the window.

Anonymity does tend to bring out the worst in people. That's why the last game I played online was Diablo 2. You learn out here in the cold interwebs just what lurks beneath the mask of civilization.

Also, am I the only one who thinks it's insultive to refer to an American as African-American, or Asian-American? I'm not called a British-American. Seems racist. Sure, if you were born in an African nation and were naturalized, it's accurate, but otherwise, rude.

The reason you're not called British-American is because British immigrants to America...basically became mainstream Americans. There's really no British-American heritage to speak of in America.

Apparently Australians have poor internet connections and so would lag up servers from anyone else. That seems to be why a lot of Americans dislike playing them. From what I have heard anyway.

A lot of them don't like playing with any Non-Americans anyway (on XBOX Live at least).
