you know how in RPGs you evetually thought "kay, so i have a 95% hit chance...does that mean i could technically miss 20 times in a row? now that enemy's crit chance is 3%...isnt it possible, however unlikely, that he will crit me 5 times in a row?"

welcome to every 20 minutes of baldurs gate. i dont know why, but i have the WORST luck with d20 games or any RNGs...suspiciously consistent bad luck.

hell, even bloody pokemon loves to screw me over.

Same as OP, I'm still busy with Demon's Souls. I'm taking a few days off now to calm my poor nerves. Haven't rage quit though.

Games I have rage quit are Ninja Gaiden Sigma (I just can't do it!), Heavenly Sword (on the final boss, no less), Homeworld 2 (on the second playthrough. Adaptive difficulty is BS), Fallout New Vegas (became so buggy it was unplayable. Have picked it up again though), S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (it ate my savegames!) and Armored Core: for Answer (2 against 5 on Arteria Carpals? That's just not fair! (Managed to cheat my way though eventually)).

I just rage quit Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare... The level "No Fighting in the War Room" was pissing me off...

I rage quit in Bulletstorm, we are 250 fucking points away from the fucking goal and there is that one guy who has to fucking shoot the guy in the head! ITS ONLY WORTH 35 POINTS! THATS NOT 250 JACKASS!

For example, last time I played a game (two hours ago), I went into animalistic rage because a Fleshpound (game is Killing Floor) one-hit killed me when I had 60+ health (more than half, I wasn't even considered "critical", rather "injured") left on normal difficulty.

Man, that game is just hardcore. Seriously, expert in Left 4 Dead is a cake walk next to normal in KF.

Doesn't help when half my squad mates tend to feck off on their own half the time as well...

Torchlight, last night, I died in a dungeon I thought I had already cleared out. When I respawned in town I remembered that I'd taken a job from the guy that opens random portals for you to find him stuff.

Need for Speed Most Wanted has caused me quite a bit of rage over the time I've played it too. Grinding for reputation or wanted points or whatever the hell they decided to call Experience in that game pisses me off enough already. Between the Rhino Crews the cops put out and the game "randomly" crashing just as I'm about to escape the cops with a ton of experience has been enough to make me throw my mouse across the room.

I rage quit all the time in Black Ops. Seriously the FUCKING lag just is insane! WHY CAN'T TREYARCH HAVE THE TYPE OF SERVERS INFINITY WARD HAS! REALLY NOW! DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE THERE IS BETWEEN A 3 BAR ON MW2 AND BLACK OPS?! IT'S RIDICULOUS. IN MW2 A 3 BAR MENT YOU HAD A DECENT CONNECTION AND YOU WERE FINE. I've raged quit on Demon's Souls as well. I think I'm about half way through the game at the moment, I haven't touched in a long timen so I'm guessing. I plan on getting back to that game though. I just had enough of walking down a hallway, get murdered, get past the hallway, get murdered in a room. Wash, rinse, repeat, throw controller, quit game.

If it doesn't get any better for you, seeing as you'll try to beat it at least once, avoid the New Game + mode. It's fucking merciless.

IN halo Reach if the team I'm playing on is lossing people will drop out so it's ethier a choice of taking it like a man, getting gangbanged by bullets or quit. Most of the time it's quit

Usually I rare quit from FPS multiplayer games or when you run into a boss and dont feel like grinding.
