Cracking my fingers, before I go to bed I move my legs a lot. I randomly find myself throwing things.

A weird one is I sometimes pull like loose hair out of my eyebrows.

Talking to myself, definitely. When I write papers, I sometimes get up and pace around, muttering ideas like I'm giving a lecture...It gets a little awkward when other people are around.

Bite my nails... pop zits... when no one's home I'll normally start saying random gibberish and practice Falcon Punching. When I'm bored (which is whenever I'm not playing a video game or eating) I will shake my knees sort of. Like if you waved your elbows, but with my knees.

I have two, one that's more random and one that's more gross.

More Random: After watching a lot of anime for a few weeks, I'll catch myself thinking in rudimentary Japanese. I don't speak Japanese fluently, but after watching subbed Anime for years I've picked up a smattering of words and phrases.

More Gross: When I'm concentrating hard on schoolwork or reading something, I tend to scratch my head a lot. That in itself wouldn't be particularly disgusting, but the fact that I have severe scalp acne eventually leads to my fingertips getting covered with blood and pus. I'm trying REALLY hard to break this one.

EDIT: Oh, and this too.

I do this as well, though a lot of times it's more nonsensical stuff. And I NEVER do it when I suspect other people are within earshot; I get too embarrassed.

Humming. I don't think I ever really stop unless it is brought to my attention.
That.

I also:
Drum with my hands.
Bounce a leg up and down.
and habitually probe above the soft palate with my tongue. (ewww)
and pick at nails (not bite, cut using other nails).

I've been trying to stop myself doing the last 2.

Another habit I have is staying up late on forums and procrastinating.

I find that I throw any accent around if it will somehow get laughs in the situation, almost never without meaning to, especially as of late for some reason I've grown subconsciously fond of the British accent. Also if I'm not doing something that involves my hands, I'll start drumming, tapping, ripping paper ect. That one actually got to the point where I carry a green squishy ball to stop it from annoying people. Then if I'm not doing something that involves my legs, one will start to do a rapid tapping with the back heel. Lastly, I'll point out logical or technical flaws in what people say or do, literal or otherwise.

- Tap my foot so my leg shakes rapidly. It drives my mother up the wall for whatever reason
- Talk to myself frequently, full conversations and all.
- Reply using sarcasm
- At times I speak with an English accent. Devianted away from this most recently.
- When hyper I have a tendency to make random noises and/or movements.

I try to explain things that I already know to myself.
Oh god this. I do it for everything too. It's horrible and I always end up confusing myself because I suck at explaining things...even to myself.

I also bite the inside of my mouth all the time. I'm so used to it the pain doesn't even bother me. I really need to stop doing that.

I'll do the same as the OP.

I'll start talking in an English accent.

I am English, but I was raised in America so I don't have an English accent.

neither do my parents.

I often find myself walking about twice as fast as everyone else around me.

I just get bored while walking.

I fiddle with my hair, bite the inside of my cheek, and bite my nails. I come from a family of habits, though, so it's not entirely unexpected.

Twirling my curly hair, speaking to myself with an English, Russian, or Spanish accent, speaking to my FRIENDS in an English, Russian, or Spanish accent, using Wikipedia to do ALL of my history projects, snapping my fingers rhythmically, humming songs that don't exist, pretending to fight the air...

And my favorite: Looking around the room to see what I would do if a massive zombie-attack happened. Currently, because I'm at school, I'd prop up the desks that these computers are on against the doors, turn off the lights, and duck down, probably using the towers as weapons.

Bite my nails, Laughing maniacally, look around the room randomly, twirling my pen, looking around the room for any weapons you know just in case of zombies or a school shooter, and I pick at my scabs.

I shake my leg. It's a little unusual. My family has told me I always do it, but I never notice when I do. Yeah...
