This seems to be less a thread about superpowers that only work randomly, but rather only work ironically (Not that I'm complaining, they're all awesome!). With the exception of this one:

I've got two. One is from Heroes...having the ability to liquefy anything that you touch. I don't know I think that's really cool for some reason. The other is being able to impart gravity onto any object. You'd be able to stack all kinds of things, make lighter things heavier, or heavier things lighter...seems like a cool power to me.
