I was one of those malformed freak childs that legitimately enjoyed Grabbed by the ghoulies.

Although I was like 9 at the time.

So I was on twitter wasting my time and then a though "maybe I can tell RARE a great idea."
So I told them i have an idea.... Battletoads, killer instinct, Jet Force Gemini, just that.
So what I meant was that it should be great for us if those games make a comeback or something.

They answer me this: "an extremely specific idea. Kinect Ghoulies Corps Racing Zero."

So the characters of those games are coming to a KINECT RACING GAMES?

Nearly all the people who made RARE so great back in the day are no longer working for RARE. It's a completely different company at this point.

You're kidding right? A studio makes 4 great games and one (supposedly, I never played it) terrible game and that means they suck? Seems to me they had an 80% success rate of awesome.

Yup. I didn't have any major problems with it other then crappy controls, which may have been due to playing it on the PC.

It had some interesting ideas, perfectly serviceable gameplay (not amazing, but it played well enough) wrapped around an incredibly intriguing story. All whilst looking fantastic.

Microsoft is actually making RARE work for a living!? Thank God. Seriously, RARE was bought in what '05? They released one Banjo Kazooie game and that was that really, oh and the remake of Conker for the Xbox.

As well as a Perfect Dark game, the Viva Pinata series and a few other games. They haven't exactly been sitting on their collective arse for the past 6 years doing nothing.

Remakes don't count. Though I didn't know they did the Viva Pinata series. For a long time after RARE was bought out by Microsoft they did do nothing. They had pictures of them on vacation and everything with nothing announced. It was funny.
