One of their greatest pieces and most of the reason I started listening to Nightwish regularly.

One of their best, it's got this rough, powerful quality that speaks to you deep in your groin, just the way good music should, regardless of genre.

It has been too long since I last listened to Cash, which is a shame. He certainly brings a whole new feeling to this song. I already like the original and this easily does justice to it. Nice song.

8/10 reminded me of something from the Nier Soundtrack which is never a bad thing...<.<

I always find this track interesting as a Nirvana song... it was one of the first song's written and recorded for Nevermind... and yet it doesn't sound like anything else that Nirvana has written and hardly sounds like a song from 1991... It's loose, midtempo and Kurt was really stretching the melody... but something really pulls me to this song despite the fact that it's a real oddball even among the unreleased stuff... though now that I think about it the song does sound a bit like Do Re Mi but that was written in 1994...<.<

10/10 Holy cow! That was unexpectedly awesome! I haven´t seen the show, so I don´t know what the song is about, but that´s okay. It´s still an instant favorite.

Yay! I'm so glad somebody responded, I thought I'd stumped the thread. Even if the show wasn't so awesome it would be worth watching just for the music, the soundtrack is spectacular.

5/10. It was okay, it was just over very quickly and didn't make that much of an impression.

It sounded...pretty sweet, actually. Kingston Wall and Tarantino flicks came to mind, which is odd, but hey, at least the song works. Especially the ending part is really good.

And Disaster Button, don´t worry, the same happens to me all the time. Threads this old tend to get stumped every now and then.

Still more remixes.

8/10. I'm not sure what Kingdom Hearts is, but I still liked the music.

I wish this thread got more attention, I really like it but its so old now, it only gets a couple of responses a day. Doesn't help that Forum Games don't show up in the Latest Posts/Hot Threads section on the front page.

Anywho, another soundtrack.

I should probably stop linking BSG soundtracks.

6/10 started off good but when it broke down into the whole Pseudo Hard Rock thing it just didn't work too well...

Singer´s guitar work is pretty nice, but otherwise I found the song to be uninteresting and thus too long. These kind of solo performances would also work better if I understood the lyrics, but I won´t count that against the song.

6/10 nice and soothing, but it has the same problem I have with 90% of soundtracks, in that there is no real beginning and no real end...

The song is otherwise fine, but this kind of pop rock sound just doesn´t sit well with me. Matchbox 20 has some really neat songs, and even though this one isn´t among their finest, traces of their better stuff can still be heard from it.

7/10 I wasn't too fond of the singing at first but by the end I quite enjoyed it...<.<

I dig it. Solid instrumental sound, sweet guitars and a western theme, all in one neat package. I´m not very familiar with The Ventures, but I guess I need to check it out now.

It was originally by The Shadows though...<.<

OT: 7/10 I didn't find it too memorable though I did enjoy it...
