So, I just finished Kingdom Hearts: ReCoded, and to my delight, it WASN'T shit, which I was lead to believe. So I began to think about how I rank it in relation to the other Kingdom Hearts games, and thus this topic was born. From top to bottom:

1. Kingdom Hearts

5. Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days

Not played: Re: Chain of Memories. Because, frankly, I don't feel like picking up a new PS2, simply to play a less-crappy version of a game I didn't like all that much in the first place.

CE and 3 are pretty much on the same level. So are Reach and ODST, but for different reasons (Reach has the gameplay utterly perfected IMO, whereas ODST is easily the most atmospheric in the series). Halo 2 is a step down from all those - still fun though.

Huh. funny how that worked out. I used to think 3 was better than 2, but looking back, the massive difficulty gradient is unforgivable. Of course, maybe if I played it now, I'd find it easier, but the last time I played it I gave up on the final battle. I have beaten it. I'm just talking about the last time I played it.
