Final Fantasy:

These are the only games I've played in the series.

1. Final Fantasy IX (Fantastic game)

2. Final Fantasy VII (Also great game.)

3. Final Fantasy XIII (This game gets a lot more hate than it deserves IMO)

4. Final Fantasy IV DS (I really like the gameplay, but I felt the story was somewhat lacking in comparison to the above three.)

5. Final Fantasy X (A game that also receives more hate than it deserves, but it isn't exactly my favorite in the series either.)

Metal Gear Solid:

1. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (Favorite game in the series. Big Boss FTW)

2. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (I personally found this game to be a lot better through playing the older games.)

3. Metal Gear Solid (Kind of archaic compared to the later games in the series, but still really good)

4. Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. ( I do like Raiden, but he's certainly no Snake that's for sure.)

I hate to be another indecisive person, but I say I keep Mass Effect and Zelda as my co-favorite series.

So the short one first:

12. Phantom Hourglass

Haven't played Spirit Tracks. Phantom Hourglass is actually the only game in the series I didn't like when I first played it, and Spirit Tracks seems to follow in its steps.
