Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, which I rate 7 out of 10. Doesn't really do anything new with the formula and the tricks introduced in it's story prequel Path of Radiance, but everything FE fans have come to expect from it is there, including the maniacal difficulty in keeping all members of your team alive during large battles. I had hoped to see more siege weapons and 'gray' characters.

Armored Core For Answer,
I give it an 8 out of 10... What? Hey! Any game that entertains me to the point where I'm willing to play through it an extra 12 times after beating it deserves a fucking 8 in my books!

...Too bad it's horrific difficulty scaling can make me want to put my controller through a wall at times. But apart from that it's a damn good game, worth at least a rental if you're a mecha fan.

Deathrow for the original xbox. I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10.

It's pretty fun, but it kinda feels rushed. Too many A.I. gaffs though.
Brilliant game for its time, though I'll agree with you on that.

For me my last purchase was Prototype- 8/10.

Lots of powers, mindless destruction, and other 'cool' moments. Although it is repetitive and the story is not very well done.

"Prince of Persia (2008)" - 6. Keeps the general gameplay style of the second PoP trilogy, but dumbs combat down and makes the Prince into a shallow, unlikeable bundle of Hollywood stereotypes, employing what passes as "irony" among viewers of popular sitcoms.
Combat sucked. He walks too slow. Also, the fights with the Warrior got on my nerves (especially in the DLC, where it was almost every fight.) Also, it was too long.

On topic: Are we talking retail? Or in general? In general, the latest purchase of mine was Crash 2 on PSN. I give it an 8. Would be a 9, but the last boss makes me angry. In retail, inFamous. 10/10. No questions asked.

No More Heroes ~ It's good...very good, in fact. Definitely one of the best Wii-exclusive titles out there. NMH excels because it's different...it's aesthetic is largely satirical, subtly tackling various social issues as well as a society that is driven too much by wealth and competition. Behind all that artsy-fartsiness is...well, blood! Lots of it (If you didn't get the PAL version, at least). If they were to make a Jedi lightsaber game on the Wii (That was actually half-decent), it'd play a lot like no more heroes. Hackin' 'n slashin' with enough motion control to make you feel active. If you have a Wii and you have a thing for ultraviolence, satire, a plot that doesn't take itself too seriously, and 4th wall-shattering metahumor...then get it. Unfortunately, the game's GTA-esque open world is a facade. There's only a few places to go in-between missions. There's no real freedom in the game, despite the relatively large game world. All it amounts to is a bunch of boring driving around that could've been avoided with a very clean area-select system that just zapped you to each location. You wouldn't be missing anything if they did take that route. Missions are also mildly repititive, with only a few wild pitches thrown at you through the game. It always amounts to kill this many enemies to keep going through the stage. So...

Pros: Funny, rich with satire and parody, nice sword controls, unpredictable

Cons: Repetitive, open world that ends up being linear and devoid of exploration

Final Fantasy 7 (off PSN)

6/10

It's a solid game. The main story sucks and only made me cry because I couldn't throw Yuffie and Cait Sith off a cliff. I hate them both and I wish Sephiroth took them too with his overly large sword. Also, half the people that I wanted revenge on, I never got revenge on them. In other Final Fantasy games I played, I got to take revenge on whoever I wanted. Nobody played me for the fool.

HOWEVER, it's very fun to breed a gold chocobo, and get all the rare materia. It's also very fun to play all the minigames. I can't believe the mini games were more fun than the GAME ITSELF. (like the Fort Condor Missions. I <3 those.)

Overall, a 6/10 score to me makes me feel like overall I spent my money wisely buying the game, and it was a slightly above average purchase, but the game didn't live up to it's hype.

That's my honest opinion.

Oh, and THE BACKGROUNDS WERE CONFUSING! GRAAGGHHHHHH! BAD BACKGROUNDS GRRR....

Sorry. I have bad memories of trying to traverse the confusing terrain in Midgar. So many wires... so many paths that don't actually go anywhere..... *shivers*

NecroVision 8.5 out of 10, takes a real turn for the bizarre about half way through. I should give it 6/10 for kicking my computer in the junk with it's insane system requirements, but that is more of a computer problem than the games problem.
Sounds like it suffers from Indigo Prophecy Syndrome.

Last game I got was Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of The New World. I don't give number or letter scores because I don't think that it accurately depicts what the game is truly like. So I'll say it's a rent.

Red Faction 8/10. The engine deserves a lot of praise. The visuals and geomod is amazing considering the size of the levels. The game play is fun for the first few areas, after that the missions are very similar and repetitive. I dont know how many hostage rescue missions there are.. Multiplayer saves it a bit as that is quite fun.

The last game I got is The Sims 3. It's very...."meh" There isnt enough customization like they said it would be. There isnt very many sweet things to buy either. I would give it a 6 or 7.
