The full truth of my conclusion I shall develop in the course of this letter but the conclusion's general outline is that if you read between the lines of Dr. Scorptatious's jokes, you'll sincerely find that if I hear Dr. Scorptatious's secret agents say, "The health effects of secondhand smoke are negligible" one more time, I'm going to throw up. This may be a foregone conclusion, but he says that his brutal army of perfidious pillocks is a respected civil-rights organization. Although Dr. Scorptatious undoubtedly cut that statement out of whole cloth, his attempts to dispense outright misinformation and flashlight-under-the-chin ghost stories are much worse than mere egotism.
