You know milk being organic has nothing to do with it being pasteurized right? The two arent mutually exclusive.
And it was designed to increase the shelf life of milk and a number of other products. Raw milk ( never heard that term before, is it american??) is probably better for you, though not to my taste, but unless you wanna get some everyday its just not practicle. A lot of people say 1 and 2% is horrible. In the UK nd Ireland 3.5 or 4% is available. Anyway, we probably all drink too much milk anyway. Far more people in the world are lactose intolerant than the otherway round.
