people are always bitchin bout facebook and such, I have the perfect solution to ALL your FB problems, STOP USING IT! the more you go "this is crap , it doesn't work, its lame, its fugly, I hate it" but continue using FB your just telling them its OK to shit on your users, we don't mind. Back when FB and MySpace were all the rage, I said "fuck that, I don't want it" so I never signed up, I never use it and I can't stand when people I know keep asking me to add them on it, I don't need to add you on a site to prove we are actually friends!!! The point I'm trying to make is, why complain about it if your still gonna use it. Either STOP USING IT OR STOP COMPLAINING!

What about people who don't actually complain about Facebook but are merely pointing out what they believe are its shortcomings? You know, in the interest of starting a conversation or debate or something.

I should have known that there is no point in exercising my freedom of speech in a forum of discussion.

On topic...why do people even bother making threads as awful as this one? It's bound to get locked/deleted from the very get go,and having idiotic arguments in the first post is not helping.

I'm using facebook to keep in touch with people with whom I otherwise couldn't,at least it such easy fashion.It's not my preference,but I don't really have much of a choice if that's what most of those people find more suitable.

And even tho I do not ***** in any way or form about facebook,saying that I shouldn't be under any circumstance pointing out flaws and the ridiculous amount of moronic and down right degrading stuff that comes out of that crap just because I'm still using it is just a bad start of any constructive and meaningful discussion.

I see you point, I'm just noticing the complete absurdness in complaining about the shortcomings of a site like facebook by "discussing" it on the escapist...
