Reach Beta delayed?

as i went onto to try the new reach beta all could find was a preview.
i couldnt find anything on google or escapist threads regarding this.
so when will it be available?

I know it sucks but it comes out in american time I think PSD time if you live in England it comes out at sometime between 6-7pm sucks I know but the time has gone fast.
