Reactions to Playing Scary/Horror/Survival Games

For me it would be the first condemned, you have a crappy flash light that wont give you much light and you know some cracked out bum is around the bend but you don't know when they pop out but you know they are right behind you and the only thing you have is a stick.

the underground subway and abandoned mall maps got me on edge a bit with the creepy pale skin, dark hair zombie people that crawl around on the floor and the manikins that huddle around you when you aren't looking with eerie Christmas music playing.

I don't know why but just watching game-play vids of the path get under my skin too.

Horror games just don't affect me much. I yawned my way through Dead Space, FEAR, Condemned and a bunch of others.

Every now and again one of them manages to make me jump. But that's about it. None of them give me that dread feeling.

When I get frightened, I flinch and hold my breath temporarily if my mouth is closed at the time of frightening. If my mouth is open, I scream softly.
