Wow love the energy you have in the photos. You should consider doing Tali from Mass effect with an open mask! I bet you would totally make that awesome and sexy! But great photos keep up the good work. And your Catwomen photos, mmmmmmmm thats not fair Im only a man damnit! Lovem!

Nice pics Nicci. It's a refreshing change to see a lady cosplayer, who has a decent body for the costume she is modeling. Unlike other female cosplayers who's figures are a little too... "generous", for the costume they have on.

Well, I was a bit weirded out by a couple of those photos, so good job! My hat goes off to you, clearly spent a great deal of energy in makeing the whole outfit look real. My hat also goes off to ya for wanting to show others how to make it rather than just selling (yes, I wear 2 hats at the same time, deal with it.)

Holy crap, nice job with well... everything!
I can't stop laughing at the fact that you decided to take your pics at a playground, lol.
Kid: "Mommy... I can't go on the teeter totter :("
Mom: "Why not Joey?"
Kid: "A scary lady with a sword and blood on her face is hogging it :("
Mom: "WHAT THE F-"

Cool details on the masks and armor.

Curious though, what materials were used for the mask, obviously more than a bit of foam and spray paint =P
+1 internets to the Rosario avatar :D
I fucking love that show, it needs to be longer!

Hot and scary.
The way of the Dovakhiin!

EDIT: If I manage to get my girlfriend in a Catwomen suit. I will just die of happiness.

Ympulse's post makes me lose faith in my gender, and humanity in general. However, since I'm not one of those depressing bastards, I'm gonna move on. Pretty sweet costume, you must really love the game to be that dedicated. Also, is that short sword real?

First thing I thought when I saw the pics: "I their tongue, he -er she- is Dovahkin: DRAGONBORN, FUS RO DAH!", what an epic trailer.

Looks pretty cool. Props.

I have always wanted to do some cosplay. Never really gotten around to it. Who knows maybe i'll drive down to this Escapist convention and walk around as Brock Sampson. (as if I could pull that off)

PS: Making that mask took so much more work then I would have ever imagined. It really shows your dedication.

PPS: That catwoman was indeed scary. I'll never think of her in the same way again. -shudder

Congratz on all things awesome. Bonus points for hanging out and swapping helmet-crafting tips. Might have to bookmark this thread to come back to if I ever go towards armor-type cos. I mostly hang out in spandex these days ;)

Some really cool pics, very sexy, but even cooler since the outfits obviously look like they are a labour of love

Please learn how to spoiler pics, it takes up a lot of the forum/thread otherwise and drowns out discussion.

Without the helmet I'm reminded of the huntress, the hot chick who was on the companions. Just some green paint across the face and a bow and you'll look exactly like her.

Why exactly was she in her underwear. That isn't practical.
The thing is, it's fantasy RPG. It always seems more about the look than the function. I mean would you really wear Glass Armor? How about the Dragon Armor from Skyrim. There are all sort of edged and points that would catch blades when with real armor you want to redirect the blow. So it fits for Fantasy RPG.

However if this is like historical RPG, then you would be right. This armor would not work.
So just because in every fantasy RPG armor has an impractical appearance than nobody can criticize it? How come no Fantasy RPG has decided to break that trend.(Correct me if that statement is wrong.)

Feel free to discuss how ridiculous female armour is in RPGs in Shamus Young's latest installment, where he discusses the latest offender, Tera Online.

If you played Skyrim you'd realize that some of the outfits aren't exactly "authentic medieval" armor when you put them on female characters.
