Same. At the moment, i've ust killed Mr. House and i'm going around to all the factions. The Brotherhood of steal ar Douche bags in new vegas...

....I'm saving up for it...I'm gonna make a character with maxxed out luck and charisma.
No offence, but that sounds like a bad character. Let me give you some tips. Train speach, barter and guns first. It's a very, very hard game if you mess it up. And it's ver hard to mess up. Be warned. it's hardcore.
Fallout 3 was pretty hard with only luck and Charisma when it came to fighting, but maxed out luck gave me a lot of Critical hits and good item drops and Charisma made Buying and selling things easier. And Speech checks were a breeze.

You're underestimating the hardnutess of this game. You need combat skills. Desperatly. You'll be absolutely f**ked without them.
