You missed alot, but basically. Professor Theo showed up somewhere and the Legion and Brotherhood went to go get him. General Clancer had joined the brotherhood. When they both got there, there was a bery brief fight over him before a Giant motorcycle stole him away, a giant tank started firing on the group, and a huge flying drill showed up, only to go with the motorcycle moments later. The tank is destroyed and now we're all going to get Theo.
