"How is getting out of here faster going?" Melvin had walked over to Fran and Nero, the Mirror Force card still in effect so any attacks Kefka made bounced right back at him.

"Grrrr! Every attack we make just comes right back at us! How are we supposed to harm them?!" Kefka tried to think of a way, but couldn't. The three of them simply kept following the airship for now.

Alucard stopped right in front of Ada. He showed her no emotion as he spoke. "He had become an enemy. He had to be eliminated. I would like to get back to Breen to report it to him, if you would be so kind as to escort us to him."

Seras knew what he was thinking about and didn't say a word about it. "Yes, we'd like to get back to Breen as soon as possible."

[Safe in the Dark]

Captain Murasa made all the final preparations and sat calmly, working out the last details in her head.

Dante however was also getting ready, he had slipped away to D.M.C. and was swapping his weapons out to what he thought he was going to need.

Minato, who had evaded both sides until now, and had been laying low, suddenly noticed everything that was wrong from the little hideaway he had weaseled out, he didn't know what to do, but he figured he might as well try to stop it in some way.

Haruko smirked, and sad, "These guys took something from me...And now, I'm about to get it back." She looked ahead. They were still far away from it, "We're going too slow!" She yelled. She hovered down to the ground, "Time to kick it up a notch..." She whistled. After a few seconds, everyone could clearly see dirt being kicked up by something. Then, Haruko's yellow Vespa came into sight. It was coming at insane speeds. When it hit the brakes, it kept going for a few minutes.

"Hm. Those brakes must be junk." She reached into a bag she suddenly had and brought out a bunch of junk like action figures and things like that, "DON'T WORRY MARINA, I'LL HAVE THIS THING FIXED IN NO TIME. YOU JUST THINK OVER WHAT IT TOLD YOU BOUT THAT MEDICAL MECHANICA THING."

On a bridge somewhere, there was a big sight to see. A vehicle was holding up something with wires suspending from the bottom of it. To the side of the bridge. Captain Amarao and Lieutenant Kitsurubami were sitting in a car, looking it over.

"It's normally connected to this contact unit. Kitsurubami said, "But we found it like this."

There was a bit of a pause before Amarao responded, "That means the core is functioning independently...I understand your whole team saw the document?"

"Yes, last week, in the maintenance room."

Amarao stared off at the core, "This planet was nearly as mangled as that thing." He was squeezing a Stress Ball, "And it will be yet unless we handle Medical Mechanica. Very. Carefully."

"Yeah, but uh...Don't you think the pirate king has some plan to stop it?"

"I wouldn't count on it. He's not one of us you know, and we're not that close." All of a sudden, his big nori-sheet right eyebrow twitched, "Anyway, we don't even know where Atomsk disappeared to."

Marina looked at Haruko, with shocked, disbelieving eyes. she held a finger up like she wanted to say something. "E-eh... eh... I... What's going on?!" She started scratching her head. "Rrrgh... Why is there a giant iron right there? That makes no real sense!"

Yukari approached Murasa, chuckling. She was grinning wide and her eyes were low. She looked very trolly "Are you ready yet?"

"Goddamn it Haruko! What are you doing this time!?" Nero yelled from behind Marina.

"Alrighty then, I think Breen was planning on killing him anyway." Ada said as she led Alucard and Seras to the elevator.

The three then entered Breen's office.

"Well you sure took your sweet time getting here? Its not like were doing anything important, only world domination!" Breen said, who was now dressed in his power mech suit.

Haruko started twitching a bit, "Just wanna know everything, don't you?" She said, sort of annoyed for some reason, "Alright, I'll tell you everything." She walked over, and started telling Marina all about thing like N.O., why she's with Naota...But she purposely left out her main goals, knowing Marina would want no part of it.

"So...Whaddaya say to this whole thing, Marines?"

By that team, Canti had gone somewhere else, and Naota was on the ground, Mind-fucked.

And then Haruko noticed Nero, "SRS BZNZ IS WHAT I'M DOING, NOW GET OUT OF HERE!"

Amarao and Kitsurubami were driving away from the investigation area. Amarao was in a relaxed position with some pretty bad-ass shades on.

So, Kitsurubami, what do you like to do when your off the clock?"

"Um...Well, I don't wanna talk about that now." She said, looking down at the stick-shift with her hand over the top, also wearing some pretty bad-ass shades.

"Don't be so cold, we're on the same team." Amarao said, then moving and putting his hand over Kitsurubami's, "Come on...Tell me."

Kitsurubami pulled her hand around with a disgusted yelp, "This is a problem..."

"This kind of problem is nothing at all. Don't worry about it."

Just then, a giant robotic-dog-like thing burst through an entire building, holding a young woman in it's mouth by the collar of her shirt. She was screaming, "AAAH! TA-KUN, LISTEN, YOU SHOULDN'T DO THINGS LIKE THIS!"

"Ta-kun...DO YOU KNOW THAT THAT IS? IT'S THE TERMINAL CORE!!!" Amarao screamed into the air, "SHE'S BEEN FEEDING IT!" The Terminal Core then went and stomped on the car. Amarao and Kitsurubami just barely made it out of the car. Amarao landed, slid, and then hit Canti's legs while he was entertaining a group of kids, "Huh? IT'S HIM!"

"In a green skirt?"

"Why is he here?"

"You're going to activate that ting to stop some evil organization called Medical Mechanica, and that boy is the only way to activate it?" She looked back at Naota, then to the Iron, then back to Haruko. "I don't know what the hell is going to happen but... Count me in." She envigourously extended her hand to Haruko, smirking.

 

[BloodyThoughts]

Haruko had a grin that extended from ear to ear. She reached her hand out, and shook Marina's. She ran over to her vespa, pulling Marina and Naota with her, and piling them on, "ALRIGHT. LETS GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD." She completely ignored Nero, and drove off towards Medical Mechanica at truly insane speeds.

The robot-dog-thing stepped towards Canti. At that time, A symbol appeared on Canti's screen, the same one that appeared on Naota's head a while ago. Out of his back sprang two rectangles that had a strange resemblance to the human brain. All of the wrinkles then pulled away from each other, and spazzed around a little bit.

A hole appeared in that thing's head, and thread-like strings unraveled out. They started to fuse with the tentacle-like things that sprang out of Canti's back. Canti was sucked in, and out sprouted a giant black head of some strange mutated animal with giant, razor sharp teeth.

"That's it! He's a component!" Amarao said referring to Canti, "HE'S PART OF THE TERMINAL CORE."

A extremely large siren was sounded, which got the attention of Haruko, Marina, and Naota.

The giant mutated...thing started crashing through many large buildings. Kitsurubami had out a pistol, and was rapidly firing at the thing. She stopped firing , and became stunned when it started to chomp towards her. Amarao ran over, grabbed her, and threw her to the side, "Get out of here!" Amarao too became stunned as it chomped towards him now. He was like a statue, that could only twitch it's eyebrows. He let out a scream as it got by him. However, he got stuck to it.

Mammimi was screaming, and Amarao was to, "I CAN'T GET THIS THING LOOSE!"

I jumped over Marina, Naota, and Haruko. Naota was confused, weirded out, and curious. Haruko just looked back at the two of them, grinning, "IT'S THE CLIMAX!"

Seriously, best music out of any anime. Ever.

Marina was holding onto Naota's head, and her own head, trying not to fly off the Vespa. "HARUKO! WHAT'S NEXT?! YOUR ROBOT JUST TRANSFORMED! WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO WITH IT?!"

 

[BloodyThoughts]

Haruko just grinned, "WHAT'S NEXT? IT INVOLVES TA-KUN. AND ME. AND GUITARS. AND BRUISES." Suddenly, the Vespa lifted off the ground and started to fly towards the hand. It was going much slower, though.

The giant creature landed on top of the hand first. Amarao was on the edge of it, holding his arm in pain. Kitsurubami called him on his cell-phone, "I-I-Is the plant going to activate!?" She said as fast as she could, startled and scared.

Amarao answered her calmly, "No, not yet. It's still missing something...I'm not sure what."

Haruko was flying over Amarao like a boss, "YAHOO!"

"It's her!" He started firing at them. One shot hit the vespa, and they started flipping around in mid air.

They landed on the ground, Haruko and Marina on one side, Naota in the middle and Amarao on the other side. He was aiming his gun at them all. Haruko just had her hands on the back of her head, with a "-_-" look on her face.

Marina kicked up, into the air, slightly, and back onto her feet. She helped Naota up and looked to the man holding the gun. "WHOA! what are you doing?! There's a kid here!" Marina shouted.

Amarao didn't care for what Marina said, "That kid is thinking of siding with that...Evil alien. The alien your sided with right now."

Naota just stood there, listening to what Amarao had to say.

Amarao turned his attention to Naota "I told you not to trust her. She doesn't care about you, she doesn't care about what happens to anyone. There was a bit of a pause, "But you have family. And friends. And that High School girl, you wanna save her don't you? Of course you do. That's normal, your thinking like an adult."

All Naota could do was blink and listen.

"Come over here. Don't let her manipulate you!"

Marina looked from the Man to Naota. She then looked to Haruko. Haruko didn't seem at all worried. She turned back to Naota and put a hand on his head. "Kid, I don't have any idea what's ging on here.. .And I don't know what's gonna happen, but you can decide for yourself whose side you want to be on. Haruko's given me enough proof... I think... That let's me know that I can trust her. I can't tell you what's the right decision. You need to decide. Because I don't know."

 

[BloodyThoughts]

Amarao started to get a bit frustrated, "But She's not just manipulating the kid, She's been manipulating you to! You, and everyone she's ever met. And for what? To free a locked up Space Pirate. All your doing is playing right into your hands, and right when she gets her way, she's going to stab you in the back!"

Naota just stood there for a second. He turned towards Haruko and started walking towards her.

Amarao didn't take this well, "What are you doing!? How much pain before you realize!?" He started to scream at Naota, "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND!? YOU LITTLE BRAT!"

Naota got within an inch away from Haruko. All he did was look down at the ground. Haruko put her hands around his head and brought him close to her, "...Ta-kun...It's time to get what I want, but I'll need your help, Kay?" She said that in a soft, caring voice turned her head towards Marina, and in the same voice, said "And I'm going to need your help to."

Marina gave Haruko a thumbs up. "Yeah. Let's see what this thing does." She looked towards Amarao. "You're not going to convince us otherwise. Why not just leave?

 

[BloodyThoughts]

Haruko grinned, "ALRIGHT! IT'S LUNCH TIIIIIIIME!" She tossed Naota over to Marina, "NOW CHUCK HIM INTO THAT CORE THING'S MOUTH. And don't worry about your "Morality Core"! He wont die, and it's not gonna hurt him! So do it!"

Amarao was still determined to stop them, "NO! DON'T! IF YOU DO, WE'RE ALL DONE! JUST DON'T!"

Marina scoffed at the man and walked over to Naota. She grabbed him by the head. "Don't worry, Naota. I'm not gonna hurt you and Haruko said you won't get hurt." She said, knowing that she only said he won't die, but trying to sound better to Naota. She picked him up and pulled a leg back, pulled her arm back with it, like she was about to throw a baseball. "HeeeeeeYAAAAAAAAA!!!" She chucked him hard, straight at the giant mutated monster.

Haruko had a pleased look on her face.

Amarao, however, did not, "AAAH! WE'RE SCREWED!"

The head of the monster started to turn read once it ate Naota, and out popped a long, wide wite and black striped core that was stretchy. It had to push to get into the hole the old core used to be in, but it got through. Once it was it, it fused into the skin. Where it used to be, there was now only a glowing blue mark.

Naota got a vision. It was of several other irons ironing out the entire galaxy in one long row as he just watch. "This is insane! Your doing exactly what Medical Mechanica wants! They're flattening out planets all through the galaxy, smoothing out the wrinkles so you can't think! Even the Pirate King has been captured! THEY'RE USING HIM TO LURE YOU IN! It's over...IT'S ALL OVER!!!!"

Haruko's eyes glowed brightly white as he hair swayed in the wind. She looked...evil. demonic almost. She got a much harsher tone, " I said I don't care about any of that! I just want Atomsk, that's all! I don't care what happens to this planet. They'll have to learn to think smooth I guess!"

The hand started to lift up, and reach towards the iron. Marina and Amarao had to grip onto it's wrinkles to stay on it.

"SEE!? SHE TRICKED YOU! I TOLD YOU! WHY DIDN'T YOU BELIEVE ME!? I CAN'T HOLD ON TO THESE WRINKLES!!!!!" Amarao fell to the top of the iron.

Haruko was up in the air, floating, only this time, not having to be on top of the guitar. She just laughed at his screams.

MArina clenched her teeth as she gripped the hand, hard. "DAMNIT, HARUKO! I TRUSTED YOU, YOU PSYCHOTIC *****!"
