Really Stupid Things You've Heard/Read Someone Say

People say dumb things. It happens.

But sometimes they say just mind-bogglingly stupid things that make you stare at them (or the screen) in utter shock and you pray to god they're trolling you. Youtube is a really good hotbed for these I've noticed.

I'm PRETTY damn sure this is a form of trolling as I've seen it more than once now, but here's my contribution:

On this very site I read a comment that said "If I insulted The Queen in London every bobby in a 20 mile radius would come after me".

It was in one of those "Why does everybody hate America?" threads that happen every month or so and it was an American defending America. I was sure it was serious at the time but in all fairness thinking back, no one can be that stupid.

OT: "Marijuana cures cancer, man!" My response to this was to bust out laughing. Well, then I corrected the idiot that it is sometimes recommended to cancer patients but not for cancer. I then heard the person a week later say "Marijuana does nothing bad to you, it should be legal!" I didn't even want to tell him that smoke, any smoke (even when grilling), harms you.

I swear, some yogscast fans are so fucking dumb, or bad trolls. I lol'd when I saw that on the video xD.

I'd have to go with this as well, it blew my mind when I saw it. You'd think he's trolling, but sadly a lot of comments on yogscast videos are from braindead 10 year olds. I like the yogscast, but their fans are sometimes very strange.

I'm trying to reform "could care less" into an admission of mild or reluctant caring, like it logically should be used. It'll never work.
