I made the fatal mistake of trading in both metroid prime 1 and echoes. 2 months after that event, i went into 'withdrawal'. I have been longing for Metroid ever since. I even got SSB:B just so I could play as Samus Aran again.

I have never traded in an old game. I don't plan on ever trading in a game. I buy used from EB so I can return it if it's made of fail, but if I keep it it's mine.

I recently traded in 3 games to get the Orange Box. A decision I don't regret. However, I recently had the urge to play one of them (Naruto Clash of Ninja 2, I used to like Naruto) I've always been able to kick ass at that game and thought it was really fun. The only reason I sold it was because I don't like Naruto anymore... Whatever, now I have the Orange Box :)

Mostly because I love them, and I know that most of them are incredibly rare and hard to find. I mean, what would I do without "The Goonies"?? :(

I hate how EB games gives you like five dollars for your game and then turns around and sell its for only five dollars less than its going rate BRAND NEW.

I understand the business sense of it, but it still irks me for some reason. I dont think I would ever 'trade' with them again

I'll never trade game in at Game Stop because I'll get $12 dollars for a game that I bought for $60 and it only has been out for a week.

I used to trade games all the time but I stopped a while ago. Now I'm buying back some games I used to have because I kept wanting to play them.

Anyone ever hear about how they give you maybe 5 bucks, 10 if you're lucky, then resell it for like 20-30? Yeah, bullshit.

I was really careless with my collection of games, just trading in games to get other games I'd trade in later. I hit the point of "I'm only gonna buy, I'm not gonna trade anymore" around late last year because I missed the games I once played and I was sick of getting screwed on trade-in credit/cash.

Most regrettable trade-in: Xenogears. I gotta find that game again, but most likely I'll only be finding it online. Falling in line behind Xenogears is Final Fantasy IX (PS1) and Half-Life (PS2).

I've never traded in old games, just games I got that I didn't want in the first place (Some Inuyasha game my friend thought I'd enjoy that I never even removed from the packaging, some DS game that was given to me in a simmilar situation, etc).

PS2 half life was brilliant fun.

I traded in, Zone of the Enders, Paper Mario-Thousand year door, Dark Cloud, DragonBall Z Budikai (Forget which one.), and Jak and Dexter II.

Only one I regret turning in was Paper Mario. I felt like playing it again for the longest of times.
Also, all those games you traded in were brilliant.

Now for me the reason i don't trade in is, i will always want to play it again. also EB games give no money
