I'm looking to buy a good PC game, I like games like fallout or oblivion. Games that have a good modding community. I already own both of those so don't recommend me those but what game do you think I should buy.

Kidding. In all seriousness, it really depends on how recent you want the game to be. NWN, the first (at least) is a good game with a good community. The Witcher doesn't have as vibrant a community, but it is a very good RPG with an interesting setting.
Mass Effect is good too, but the 1st one is more of an RPG than the second. Again, not modded, but a somewhat open RPG with character development.
You could also look into the Gothic series, or Risen.
I'm not sure what is higher priority to you, modding community or gameplay/game type. It'd help a lot if you specified this better.
Badass, especially with LAN.Fusioncode9 said:hmmmm what is never winter nights like?Citizen_17 said:Morrowind!

I tried morrowind a few years ago and just couldn't get into it. I'm looking into the witcher and NWNHerrBobo said:I also vote Morrowind, much better the Oblivion, IMO.
You're really missing out. I really recommend trying it out again.Fusioncode9 said:I tried morrowind a few years ago and just couldn't get into it. I'm looking into the witcher and NWNHerrBobo said:I also vote Morrowind, much better the Oblivion, IMO.
Ah, ok. You are missing out though. The combat is a bit rubbish but the seeting and story are sooooooo much better. In Oblivion I felt like I was playing a game, In Morrowind I really got lost in it.Fusioncode9 said:I tried morrowind a few years ago and just couldn't get into it. ...or change the skins of the zombies to the Telly Tubbies... but the worst I've seen, changing the sounds of the Special Infected to Bill frickin' Cosby.Redlin5 said:I recommend Left 4 Dead. There is a thriving modding community out there for that game. I love it when they change the sound effects of the zombies to happy noises.
