I understand what you are doing, but you shouldn't go into a game wanting to hate it or wanting to slam it. Ripping things to shreds can be fun, but be careful with it, don't do it just for the sake of a couple of laughs or getting your venom out, do it when and if there's a game that deserves it.
That said, I'd recommend Indigo Prophecy. There's a lot of (occasionally laughable) bullsh*t in that game, but at the same time it's pretty interesting to see what it tries to do, and more importantly, why it doesn't succeed.

Hmmm... interesting question.
It's hard to say what is truly an "awful" game. Timeshift, for example: plot makes no sense, but there aren't more things as amusing as killing someone... and then rewinding time and killing him again... and again...
But, I suppose you want a game with no positives.

The main problem with REALLY bad games is that they're not well known. For example, Rayman: Raving Rabbids was a horrible minigame-based sequel to a platformer, but it was still a pretty decent minigame-based game. I think I have one: Battle Mages: Sign of Darkness. Never heard about it? I'm not surprised.
