Sonic 2006. Despite what everyone says about the 3D games, I think they are great... except for this one... majorly. This game can choke on a dick and die.

Huh... PS2 JRPG that most people either dislike or haven't heard of, Magna Carta: Tears of Blood.

It has some genuinely good Moments... and then rapes in the face with how repetitive, contrived, and completely arbitrary it all is.

Divinity II, Ego Draconis had a great basic idea, but the execution was flawed from the start. Not to mention the grotesque writing on top of, at best, mediocre voice acting. (I can go onb, but then I'd just be writing a review.)

Cryostatus has some really weak gameplay, but its somewhat balanced out by some unique ideas and a really creepy atmosphere (seems to be a theme in some Russian games).

That said, I'd recommend Indigo Prophecy. There's a lot of (occasionally laughable) bullsh*t in that game, but at the same time it's pretty interesting to see what it tries to do, and more importantly, why it doesn't succeed.
It's a pretty interesting game, until around the last 3rd of the game when the plot completely goes off the rails and everything interesting and even remotely realistic about the game pretty much flies out the window.

Not to mention a rather cool way of seeing just what went wrong without having to resort to audio logs or loose sheets of paper.

Zomg, noone yet mentioned the shit d' jour: Duke Nukem Forever
nah, that would be too easy
Besides, too many reviewers have already picked and torn it apart. The Duke hate train has to come to an end before it gets ridiculous.

OT: take your pick of any movie based game. There will be a few exceptions to that of course

Predator: Concrete Jungle.

Sounds like and still probably would make a kickass game, but its just executed horribly

That's what I mean by unique ideas, going back to correct the past was probably the best part of that game.

Sonic Unleashed. If you can complete more than 4 night stages, you've beaten how far I came. If you can manage to complete it, you will get my respect, as it's the worst game I've ever played. GLHF.
