Sonic Colours (As well as the rest of the sonic rush series, although adventure is probably the one with the most padding in.)

Other suggestions I might have have already been said, besides the Yugioh World Championship series, but that's more of a hit or miss anway.

I second this. And if this is an orignal DS or DS lite you can't go wrong with some of the GBA classics.
