recently played inFAMOUS.......

I liked InFamous and it was short enough i played through it a second time to see both the good and evil powers. The game did have its moments where i lost interest and got bored but overall not many games have made me play through them twice in recent years.

Far from perfection but also not a bad game by any means to play

I liked inFamous. It was my first EVAR sandbox game, and I think it did the job alright. The only thing that I will NEVER EVER forgive anyone for is the fact that the enemies can hide from your lightning bolts behind freaking chainlink fences. That's just so insulting.

Haven't played it, but I played Prototype, and it was amazing. From what I've seen with inFAMOUS and what I've played in Prototype, I think that Prototype is way better. Bear in mind that I haven't played inFAMOUS, it just didn't look as good as Prototype.

a cliché story that I expected to find in a 70s comic.

A 70's comic story is better then a 90's spiderman comic, specifically the clone saga, oh god, the clone saga. *weeps* I have only played the instore demo. It's definitely a game I would have to log a couple hours to fully appreciate. It's interesting to find someone who doesn't like it since it's so loved. 100th post! I truly have no life now!

I like it so far (I haven't made it out of the first fist district yet though) although I do like Prototype more. Just because I don't like the whole wall climbing aspect of Infamous.

Never played prototype so can't compare it to that. But I recently bought inFAMOUS and I'm having a blast at the moment. It's not perfect but it does so many things right that I find it hard to dislike it: movement through the city is a joy and doing all the side missions, clearing up the city of criminals feels really good. I would go as far to say that inFAMOUS has the best side missions in a sandbox game ever.
