Harvest Moon: A New Beginning. I love Harvest Moon games, and I think they are always worth trying out. They are relaxing games, run a farm, help the community, raise animals, get married, have a kid. The story isn't really that big. You came to take over the farm your parents left, the town is in a bit of a state, you need to fix it up, have more people move in. But it does make you work hard for it. This one has the bonus of you can have the town however you like it, you can move shops, houses, plants around to suit how you want it to look. The people in town are pretty decent, they become more interesting as you develop your friendship with them. But hey, it's always fun to use imagination. In Harvest Moon for the wii my town was great. There was an axe wielding serial killer and a mayor who refused to acknowledge I married his son and that we had a child, he kept asking me who was taking me to the couples events. I was so hurt

So I started giving him fish which he dislikes.
Rune Factory 4 will be great. I haven't played it (not released in the EU yet :'( ) but I can vouch for the series as a whole, and all of the games have been very brilliant. It's a fantasy Harvest Moon, but don't go thinking it's the same thing. Rune Factory is a lot more indepth RPG. It makes you work and work damn hard for everything. It gets increasingly difficult as you unlock more dungeons. You can make your own weapons, tools, armour. It's fantastic. But don't expect the game to tell you much, Rune Factory has always just put you in and pretty much pats you on the bum and sends you on your way. So be sure to have some reading ready. However how the people in town work is the same as Harvest Moon, you develop your relationship with them and you will unlock more things. Marriage requirements are a lot more challenging in Rune Factory than they are in Harvest Moon though.
Otherwise, all the other ones I can think of have been said. Oh and Luigi's Mansion 2 is pretty darn great too.
