Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is really fun. I've only played the first two missions, and I don't plan on dropping this game anytime soon. There is nothing more badass than gunning down a bunch of dudes using two revolvers in Focus Time. The gameplay just feels good. The game also looks pretty good, if that's a draw for you. It's got an odd cel-shaded/realistic hybrid look that I am digging a lot.
The Shadowrun games that everyone here is talking about are pretty solid as well. They could do with some more customization, but otherwise the game is fantastic. Dragonfall is especially good, but that's probably because I'm running something other than a mage with it and I'm out of my element with my katana wielding elven Adept.
Some people are talking about Divinity: Original Sin, and while that is a good game and I agree with the recommendations, I feel that I should at least try to draw attention to its predecessor Divinity: Dragon Commander. It's a hybrid of RTS/turn-based strategy/aerial third person shooter, which is an odd combination, but basically the draw is that during the RTS fights, you can control your own dragon character to assist in the battles that are taking place. And in between each turn you can make political decisions that will slightly change passive buffs to your command ship and give different benefits and hindrances.
Shadow Warrior is a call-back to old-fashioned shooters, much like how Duke Nukem was and how Wolfenstein did it better, but the difference between this game and the others is that this isn't just a call back but is essentially nothing but the old shooters whose category is deliberately falls into, in that there is no actual cover system and you move quickly enough to outrun all but the fastest demons that you have to kill. You have to run around shooting dudes in the face out in the open, or better yet, use your sword to cut them into tiny bite sized giblets.
