Recommend a Good but cheap Video Card

I am not looking for anything elite. I just want something that can play something like Portal 2 with medium/high Quality at about 30-40 frames a second at my screens full resolution.

I don't WANT High settings! Just a good 30ish frame rate at full resolution!

Ok, what does "high settings" mean to you?

Models, Textures, Shading, Water Reflections, Anti Anylyzing... (That right? I don't know...) all on high.

Oh, ok, so you want medium/high quality at 40fps.

Without hitting high settings?

Get the 520, it'll be an upgrade from what you have, just don't expect anything stellar.

I daresay you're unlikely to get very impressive (even for a budget build) results from a 300W PSU alone. You could at least grab an $80 Corsair 600W and a Radeon HD 6870/GTX 560 TI...

First off, it's an AMD product, I don't do any further research on AMD cards beyond "does it need a PSU connector or not" because they're all shit.

Also, dude's got a budget of $40. I spend more than that in a week on coffee.
