Withnail and I is a pretty essential British comedy. A bit more restrained but it's a very quoteable movie.

If you liked Blazing Saddles, check out Young Frankenstein. They're both Mel Brooks movies, and of all of them I've seen, I would have to say Young Frankenstein is probably the best. It is just pure genius.

Either Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Spaceballs, Airplane, or Robin Hood Men in Tights, depending on your taste in comedy.

Given your list of comedies you personally enjoyed, I think Be Kind - Rewind would be right up your alley. The premise has Mos Def and Jack Black left in charge of a hopelessly out-of-date video rental store that only carries VHS tapes. After a bizarre incident resulting from Black's obsession with crackpot conspiracy theories, every tape in the store is magnetically deleted and the boys set out to remake them all - in a matter of days, with an old VHS camera and some special effects made from cardboard.

You should also look up underrated British gem Cashback, a romantic comedy with a twist: The protagonist discovers that he can freeze time at will. Oh yeah, and there are a couple of full-frontal female nudity shots, so if this offends you, you might want to stay clear. It's all really artfully done, though! Seriously, this movie IS a work of art. It's subtle, it's hilarious, and it's incredibly well made. Check it out.

Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, The Snatch, or Rock 'n' Rolla are some great Guy Richie films that are also hilarious.

There's also Hot Fuzz and Sean of the Dead but I feel Hot Fuzz is just so much better.

I may be cheating with my suggestion, but have you watched Red vs. Blue? It's one of the original machinima series (read; narratives made using video game engines) and it happens to be pretty damn good, with the first 5 seasons being the highlight of the series. I've been on-and-off marathoning the series and I'm amazed at how well it holds up, especially considering the next-to-nothing budget of those first seasons.

Some old favorites I've dug out and watched lately might be to your tastes. Johnny Dangerously, The Man With One Red Shoe, My Favorite Year, The Pirate Movie, High Spirits, Cloak and Dagger (the one made in 1984).

im pretty sure the movie with the ghost of Jerry Garcia is half baked by Dave chappelle. ill second a few already mentioned with mystery team, hot fuzz and blazing saddles. add in the obligatory Monty python and the holy grail (someone had to say it). as for some less obvious choices i have to say super troopers, also the first time i saw Bad Santa i thought it was hilarious.

SPACEBALLS. Seriously, if you like Mel Brook's work, Spaceballs is something you can't miss. Seriously. It's both ludicrously dumb and cunningly sharp, and it's something that appeals to a wide variety of tastes, even if you don't like space operas.
