Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth isn't bad, not the greatest graphicly.
Saints Row 2 is far from horror, but is great and I think a lets play of it would be as well.
Maybe a retro game if the graphics aren't too big a gripe, you can get Silent Hill for a PS1 emulator.

I recommend Mario is Missing or Mario Teaches Typing

Edit: better yet Kane and Lynch 2 or Virtua Shit Eater 4

as you are already doing F.3.A.R why not do 1 & 2 there are like no lets plays of them..

Or if you want to be really cheap you could do the games Hotel 626 and asylum 626
as they are free

Saints Row 2 would be awesome, but I kinda worn that game down to the bone on both pc and xbox already, also unsure on how to split or even split the side missions from the main missions.

Helloween4545 did a Let's Play on most of the Fear series. The video quality is poor but the entertainment value is high (I feel).

Fear 2 however is a definite possibility I haven't yet thought of, thank you.

Hmm.. A game before PS1...

How about Tyrian? It's an awesome shoot-em-up from the DOS-era that is now free-ware. In fact, some fans even ported the original DOS-version to Windows. The name of the port is called Open Tyrian. Though, you don't get the fifth episode from Tyrian 2000. For that, you need an emulator (preferably DosBox but, it can be quite difficult to set up depending on the system).
