Supernormal Step, it's exceedingly pretty, and once you get into it the story's pretty cool. and Jim's 'angry bunny' curse is just hilarious. ^_^

Grrrr.......

I wrote 3 paragraphs recommending Jack, only to notice you already read it.

If comedy is good, try Bear Nut's. It's basically the Care Bears if they were on Adult Swim. You got Evil Bear, Death Bear, Lech Bear and Drunk Bear.

Very amusing.

8-Bit theater was the best suggestion on this whole thread. Although it's just manipulated sprites, it's done in an ironically tasteful way, and the creator Brian Clevinger was good enough to start write comics for Marvel. The series is now complete after 1100 pages, but it's well worth looking into.

Try Axe Cop! You'll probably lose 12 brain cells a minute while reading it, but its good fun. Its pretty well-drawn, and its story is.... unique.

Persoanlly I find

<url=http://www.drunkduck.com/Persona_3_FTW/index.php?p=543747>This to be funny if you like the Persona 3 Fes game.

<url=http://www.drunkduck.com/Modest_Medusa/index.php?p=785681>Modest Medusa is new, but I like the way its going and it looks like it could be funny.

Then there's <url=http://www.sabrina-online.com/archive.html>Sabrina Online If you dont mind a slice of life comic that comes out monthly (plus a christmas special strip) about a furry/anthromorph (sorry, I hear it called both depending who you ask. Point is, it takes place in a world where animals replace humans).

Doghouse Diaries: a non-sequitur humor comic. Absolutely hilarious in random ways.

Just about everything I was going to suggest is already here.

If you like Warcraft then "TEH GLADIATORS" may be worth looking at.
Also since somebody recommended "Order of the Stick" I'd like to add both "Servants of the Imperium" and "Anti-Heroes" to the list.

Scandanavia and the World - I sometimes laugh for minutes at one of them, but some don`t even make me smile..still, you have to know some basic stuff about the countries used there (stereotypes and stuff).
And there are about 200+ comics i belive and it`s still being updated.

Gone with the blastwave is quite good, but my number one is The Adventures of Dr. McNinja. The art is a bit iffy in the earlier issues, but the artist visibly improves throughout the series.

Homestuck.

http://www.mspaintadventures.com/

Has a very deep plot, a good mix of heartwarming, funny, awesome, and tear-jerker moments, likeable characters, and a premise that is kind of a mix of Earthbound and The Sims. Starts out slow, but definitely picks up once (going to say this in the least spoilerish way I can) John enters The Medium.

My favorite is The Noob Comic [http://www.thenoobcomic.com/]. Its from fictional MMO but you will laugh even if you dont like MMOs but if you do, there is nothing better for you. Drawing isnt best but its good enough.
