Literature: Definitely keep re-reading Gibson. (Unfortunately, that's as "CyberPunk" as i've gotten so far, but I ADORE him)

Gaming: SYSTEM SHOCK 2. SYSTEM SHOCK 2. SYSTEM SHOCK 2. I cannot stress it enough.

Also, Deus Ex has a nice CyberPunk feel to it as well.

I'm astounded that no-one's suggested Vurt by Jeff Noon, which won the 1994 Arthur C. Clarke Award. He also authored Pollen; Pixel Juice; Nymphomation; & Falling Out of Cars.

You could also try Alfred Bester's The Demolished Man which won the first ever Hugo Award.

The Demolished Man is more your traditional (although pre-Gibson) Noire style narrative, whereas Noon's characterizations, environment & narrative are wildly adventurous. Noon also possesses a literary flair which has marked him as an important writer - one who writes sci-fi but whom literary critics take seriously.

Check out The Running Man. It's light on the sci-fi, but it definitely has that grim, dystopian future feel to it.

The Running Man is really good.

And you could also try The Long Walk. There is absolutely no sci-fi in it but its buy the same author as The Running Man, Richard Bachman aka Stephen King, but everyone knows that.
