Castlevania Aria of sorrow
Golden Sun
Harvest Moon
Kingdom Hearts-Chain of Memories
Klonoa-Empire of Dreams
Pokemon-Emrald Version
Sabre Wulf
Super Mario Advance 3-Yoshi's Island
The Legend of Zelda-The Minish Cap

Advance wars can be added to that any version is fine but the second is probably better other than that there is Wario Ware Inc which is great fun as well.

Either of the two metroid titles fusion or zero mission are still pretty fun, Final Fantasy: Tatics advance still holds up fairly well too and finally you can also take advantage of the gba's complete gb backwards compatibility and pick up Metal gear solid: Ghost babel and Legend of Zelda: Oracle of ages/seasons from the GBC era if you can find them,

which is best final fantasy game for GBA ?
but mother is not in english is it ?
I came here to tell you to play advance wars (or it's sequel) Harvest Moon. But you already have those, so you're doing pretty well.

In my humble opinion, the best final fantasy game on the advance is Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, it is not a typical FF game, but one of my most played of all time and it is awesome.

I also recommend getting Fire Emblem or Fire Emblem the Sacred Stones (but these are really popular and a 2nd hand copy is quite expense)

Advance Wars 1&2, first one is better IMO but they are both fantastic
Pokemon: Silver/gold/crystal and or Ruby/Saphire
Metroid (which ever one it was) also a very good choice

Fire Emblem.

Also, Fire Emblem & Fire Emblem.

Also, FFVI, Pokemon RSE, advanced wars, final fantasy, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Yggdra Union is pretty cool, too.

Two of my favorite games for the GBA have always been Mario&Luigi: Superstar Saga and Treasure Planet the game. I'm not sure if you'd like Treasure Planet or not, but you can go wrong with Mario.

Sigma Star Saga.

Imagine a Zelda-ish game with random battles. Now imagine that the random battles are short side-scrolling shooter levels and the items you collect out of battle are upgrades to your ship.

OH WAIT YOU DON'T HAVE TO IMAGINE IT. Seriously, its a great game.

Kirby's Nightmare In Dreamland
Sonic Advance series (mainly the first one)
Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga

Those are my recommendations.

Nope, it's still illegal, but it's HIGHLY unlikely you'll be sued for it or anything. So long as you legally own the games you're emulating, it's not really frowned upon either.

Fire Emblem. Then Fire Emblem Sacred Stones. Then Advance Wars. I'm so original.

I'd also recommend Pokemon Liquid Crystal, if you're emulating these games (Which is probably how 90% of GBA games are played nowadays), it's a remake of G/S/C on the GBA, and I'd say it's probably one of if not the best Pokemon hacks out there. (Google it)

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, I'm not really into Final Fantasy, but that game was pretty awesome.
If you're into strategy games a lot, try to get a copy of Rebelstar: Tactical Command. Looks like X-COM (The old ones), focuses on Infantry strategy, and I had a good time with it.

Well you have Klonoa on there so my work here's already done.
And the rest of my favorites are already there too...
All I have left to say is that Golden Sun should be top priority.

From what I know, emulation in general is kind-of a legal grey area. If I'm correct, emulators are technically only supposed to be used in situations where you legitimately own a copy of the game you're emulating. Of course, nobody's going to care if you emulate a game from a 12 year old handheld system. Although, I'd imagine that a lot of games would control pretty awkwardly on a phone.

As for my own recommendations, people have already covered stuff like Pokemon, Harvest Moon, Metroid, and Final Fantasy, but I also really enjoyed the Mega Man Battle Network series. I only have the 2nd one, but the core gameplay is pretty similar throughout the series I believe.
