Try The Electric Light Orchestra or The Moody Blues. They go well with many of your choices. You'd prolly enjoy some Jethro Tull as well.
Good luck!

Try some Zebrahead. The songs I'd recommend to start with are 'Anthem' and 'Into You'. The singers will sound different because the latter is with their old vocalist. They're amazing though, in my opinion of course. I'd also suggest Flobots, they're an interesting band.Vorpals said:-snippy-

Vorpals said:I bought one of SOAD's albums, Toxicity, and was not too impressed because the only song I liked off of it was "Chop Suey", although I am looking into buying "Sugar" and "Hypnotize" off of iTunes.sasquatch99 said:System of a Down and Bullet for my Valentine.
listen to some of their older albums, you might like that.Vorpals said:I like "The Kill", but beyond that, not too much of their music is buy-worthy to me.humpingmonkey said:30 seconds to mars

Anyway, my favourite band right now is a progressive-rock group called Porcupine Tree. If you like Pink Floyd, you'd probably like them. Good songs to sample: Even Less, Piano Lessons, and Arriving Somewhere (But Not Here).
