I don't see any point and click adventure games but I replayed this last night so thought I'd mention it.

5 days a Stranger/6 Days a Sceptic/7 Days a Sacrifice. Great little freeware games, more about the story and the horror than bizarre puzzles.

Capsized I had a particular joy review (http://www.invisioncommunity.co.uk/index.php/action/capsized I apologize if I am not meant to post my own review as its on a different site and will retract it if I am told to do so)

The games gone a bit unnoticed but it's a joy to review and play.

I'll just point out, like others, that you really should buy the Humble Bundle.

By the way, Terraria and Amnesia. Well worth it. I don't think I've seen anyone mention Chime and Torchlight, so check them out. Magicka has been mentioned above, but I just want to say that I had a lot of fun with it even in single player, so I'd recommend that whether you know someone who has it or not. Oh and if you like Adventure games, Jolly Rover is pretty cool. I'm not sure how much Majesty counts as an indie game, but it's a great game and it's only $5 on Steam so go for it.
EDIT: Forgot, if you're a fan of Turn-Based Strategy, get Greed Corp. Good fun.

Some other titles that haven't been mentioned:

Mount & Blade: Warband - A pretty in-depth non-fantasy medieval action rpg/sandbox. There are two other games in the Mount & Blade series but Warband is considered the best.

Noitu Love 2 - A fast frenetic action packed sidescrolling beat-em-up with some of the most imaginative boss fights in gaming.

Fortune Summoners - You've already listed Recettear as well as Chantelise and this will be Carpe Fulgur's third translation when it gets released in a few months. Looks to be somewhat like a combination between The Lost Vikings and SNES era Ys games although significantly cuter.

Sanctum - A game that combines the first person shooter genre with the tower defense genre fairly seamlessly. The FPS aspect is surprisingly action packed and feels both fresh as well as unique.

Limbo.
Seriously at first I thought I wouldnt like it as I love games with good soundtracks, as this game has no soundtrack i was worried, but the lack of sound really made the atmosphere eery and creepy (like the game should be) and I personally found the ending quite deep.
