I'd love to hear some peoples ideas for recommended games to purchase?
I've played all the classics the past three summers. I want hear some good games I've never got the chance to play! Maybe you guys could help?
I've also not had a chance to play Beyond good and evil, is it worth the purchase?

Here are some I recommend, most of you guys would of already played most of these,
but what the heck. If you haven't most of the games can be picked up for dirt cheap on E-bay

Another World (PC)
Grim Fandango (PC)
Sam and Max (PC)
Day of the Tentacle (PC)
The Darkness (360)

I recommend The Sims2, its really an addicted game although it takes up loads of space on your computer.

yes yes yes, thats all I can say when people ask if "Beyond good and evil" is worth playing. That is one of the best overlooked games ever made, so if you can get your hands on it, I would recommend so.

American McGee's Alice & Clive Barkers Undying are both great games that never received much attention.

ICO, strange game, but I chose to like it
Shadow of the Colossus, epic
Red Alert, damn addicting and legally free
Red Alert 2, damn addicting and it doesn't require supercomputer
Goldeneye 007, it's still good multiplayer game
Super Mario Bros. 3, Virtual Console, anyone

Rome: Total War, Company of Heroes, Spore (despite its failings), Portal, Morrowind,

and Pandemic 2. The most addictive flash game I've ever come across.

For RPG's

Xenogears is a must play. One of the greatest stories in a game ever and the gameplay is very fun and different.

The Wild Arms series(excluding 4+5) I think are excellent. 3 is very expansive and has some memorable boss battles.

mmm, I heard Freelancer was pretty good. I'll google it and see what I can pull up. After all I've got a fistful of cash burning a hole in my pocket at the moment.
