Red Dead Redemption help

I'm new to Red Dead Redemption. Just got the Undead DLC and got Pestilence and War.
How do I stable these horses? I want to make sure I can use them all

Assuming they didn't change the stabling mechanics in the DLC, go up to a hitching post and hit the hitch icon when it appears. You can only keep one though.

I don't think you can, when you complete the story mode you get the deeds to them, but until then I couldn't find a way to stable them.

Well first if you want it to always come to your whistle then hitch it on a hitching post. If you want to choose which horse you have well you can't. You will progressivly get more of the Apocalypse horses until you get the horse of death. Which you get at the end of the storyline or if you manage to find it. Then when you get death you can complete the last challenge it gives you. And then when thats done you get the ability to call any of the horses to you from items it gives you that are in your inventory.
