Get ready for the ultimate cop-out answer... It depends.
Natural red-heads/gingers can catch my eye sometimes and not really any more or less than most people. In theory however, I do like (I assumed dyed) deep red in the same way a really like jet black hair. Neither of those are always an instant attraction. Not too mention I've never actually seen someone with (again assumed dyed) deep red hair in real life.

I usually prefer dyed red hair to natural, unless it looks really nice like on Lindsey Lohan before she got on the drugs and booze. And I love red hair on scene girls.
Personally hair is never really that important to me (even bald women are hot you know) so I'm a sucker for different reasons.
I'll just be blunt and say what I look for:

There are many thoughts on this the most said thing is red being one of the basic colors of the color scheme will draw our attention more and we down to our base selves love this and it provides a very strong attraction to it.
This thread reminded me of something i was pondering a long time ago.
Why is it that Red haired Male get bullied about being red haired "gingers" BUT Red haired women get praised for their hair and men jerk off in the corner.

Mmm, natural redheads with milky skin and a light coating of freckles, brightly dyed "assisted" redheads, any kind of redhead at all really. Brunettes too. Just no blondes, please.
The girl that I am currently trying to date, (stupid, stupid weather is getting in the way) is redhead and has a milky white complexion. I don't really know why I'm attracted but man, there's just something about them, I don't know.
