OT: Blue. Precisely for this reason:

Check the WH40k tabletop rulebook for Orks, namely the Kult Of Speed. Red does make it go faster

Gotta love that gestalt psychic field they generate. Because they think 'Da red wunz go fasta', red vehicles do go faster. No, there is no logic or common sense in this. In fact, several Orky weapons should not work (in WH40k, physics is set on fire, hanged and gutted and thrown out of the window within the first minute and even then Orks make in-game people scratch their heads) and humorously enough do stop working as soon as a non-Ork tries to use it. Cobble up enough 'teknologee' parts to make a cunning enough deception to fool yourself and other Orks, then it does not matter what what you put together actually is (if anything): It works precisely like what the Ork thinks it is.
