I'd use maybe one to get through the rest of my senior year in high school, then maybe take a couple during college. So that's 3 gone... then perhaps use a couple to game some talents, like to draw or play an instrument exceptionally well. 5 gone, 19 left. I'd leave the rest to use rationally, or like the OP, leave them for my kids to inherit if I meet an early end.

Kind of boring, but hey, learning to do something I've always wanted to do without the uphill climb? Yes please.

I'm incredibly boring, lazy, and unambitious so I'd sell them all to some rich person to get the reward of money with none of the work (That is, after all, what this is about, right?).
"Hey, you vapid, stupid, rich piece of shit! How would you like to be less of all of those things? Then buy these drugs from me!"

...Maybe I'd use one pill myself to figure out how to contact the aforementioned rich-folk and come up with a better sales-pitch.

I've had some further thoughts. Firstly, congrats on 50,000(+) posts. It was remiss of me not to say that earlier.

I think it would be a better course of action if I were to share the pills out between myself and a few leading scientists, then starting up a government that helped to fund the scientific fields for the benefit of the human species, instead of advanced warfare. We would become the benefactors of humanity and would change the priorities of world leaders for the better, advocating great works in engineering and medicine and allowing our species to explore the cosmos free from the prejudices and divisive ideologies of the past.

Probably do as Eddie does in the film and get some manufactured, then get myself sorted so I have all the full effects of the drug without having to take it. I know that's a bit of an asshole answer, but hey, it's the best plan. I'd probably form a band and be the best band ever, then I suppose whatever I really wanted. Politics could be fun if you're well ahead of everyone else, why not get involved? I might actually do some good and just mostly be a self-serving asshole, rather than completely.

Invent something to make me rich enough that I don't ever have to work again. Hopefully I can do that over the course of 24 of them.

That, or save them for when I really need them. I can't think of a time when that would happen, but I'm sure I'd be able to find something. Like tax season.
