have you ever played a game where reflections or mirrors or something like that plays a big part as a mechanic or interesting gameplay?

I feel like I have but I can't quite remember which game it was actually in...not counting puzzles involving lights bouncing off mirrors. Those drive me insane. X_X

I don't think any game out there actively uses reflections for anything. That's kind of a cool idea actually. Like the end scene in the movie, "Enter the Dragon" in that room of mirrors. I always loved that part.

Hmm... no, I don't think so, but the majority of games I've played were too graphically-challenged to feature mirrors.

Never seen that. Probably because the developers know reflections are something many people computers etc can't handle, so the quality can't be known.

Book of unwritten Tales has this scene where you stand behind a picture frame pretending to be the mirrored image of yourself, because you just travelled back in time and your past self must not know... but it's just one small scene and otherwise I can't think of any game.

The only games that I have played that had puzzles relating to mirrors is in the Legend of Zelda games when you had to use the Lens of Truth to reveal invisible paths. The item does sort of look like a mirror. Also there was this one room in Super Mario 64 with a mirror that revealed the Lakitu with the camera behind me. He was stalking me the entire time and I didn't even know it! 0_o
