Hoping someone can help me with this, not sure if it belongs here or in the Advice section though.

I had to reinstall Windows recently after my HDD threw a wobbly, and reinstalled Mass Effect, but I can't get Bring Down the Sky to install, as it keeps telling me the key is invalid. Also, I can't find where to download Pinnacle Station again as the links on the launcher now just directs me to Biowares home page.

They've made so many changes, I really don't have any idea.
You'd have to ask on their forums, but if I had to hazard a guess, you'd have to log into your bioware account, then download the stuff from your account dropdown menu (or something).

You have to contact support for a new valid key, be prepared to jump through a lot of hoops to get it. They'll tell you they can't, but they can if you push them hard enough.

Getting the key for Bring Down the Sky was quite possibly the most trouble I've had to go through to get FREE DLC working in my life

Two options: contact support for a new key. Last time I did that I had it in a few moments. Worked really well. Or you can use the key that is floating around on the internet and is the one they hand out to everyone. I'd paste it here but I'm not sure that's allowed. In any case, you can find it via Google.

truth. just did this recently and was such a fucking pain in the ass, they almost hide it and getting the key to fucking word is more pain than the damn Dlc is worth (yes it is free, i mean time wise.)

seriously, they just need to open it up without a god damn key, they'd save so many frustrations out there..

It used to be able to get a BDTS key by using your ME key on the old Bioware site. This option is no longer available.

After I registered my copy of ME on Origin (which required a tech support chat itself), I made a tech-support chat due to not being able to access the old Bioware site and get the key I got back then. They gave me a new key. This key could be used with a disc installation as well, so you won't need Origin after you're done if you don't feel like having it on your PC.

So, I suggest that you get your copy registered on Origin and then inquire about the BDTS key. I wish I had a better solution.

Pinnacle station seems to be available as at Origin, so maybe you would be able to register your Pinnacle Station key there and get a copy?
